今日は、昨日と打って変わって肌寒いお天気ですね。
さむ～い冬が好きな私は、ちょっとうれしいです。
I’m new in this company.
I’ve been working in RT corp. for only 2 weeks and don’t know much about robots and any other things about robots.
城南通信機木村さん「”タンメン”が”ダレちゃう”んですよ～」
一同「あ～」
松崎「…！？」
という具合に、唯一の初心者松崎にはわからないことだらけでしたが、
そんな私が見た城南通信機さんをご紹介したいと思います^^
そして肝心のロボットまで、多岐に渡ります。
工場が林立する地区にあります。
まず驚いたのは、スタッフの方々の若さ！
！！！かなり強い力が加わる機械や、精密機器もあるので
周囲には十分気を配りながら、きょろきょろします！！！
まず、タレパン（95パーセントの未経験者が某ゆるキャラを彷彿とするだろう言葉です）の機械。
（注：正式名称はタレットパンチプレス）
画像中心あたりにある部分に金型をつけて、鉄板を任意の形に抜く機械です。

説明をいろいろと伺いましたが、
タレパンという言葉とも出会って数週間の私にはピンと来ず…
すると、なんと、試していただけることに！
鉄板をセットして…
ダダダダダダダ！！
（動画も撮れるデジカメを持っていけばよかったと激しく後悔）
「おおおーーーーっ！！」一同歓声。
鉄板からはずすとこんな具合です。
しかし、このままでは「バリ」があるので、切り口が鋭利で危険。
そこで、バリ取り機（城南通信機さんでは、”つぶす”ようにバリを取り除くので、
”バリつぶし機”と言った方がしっくりくるそう）に通して断面をきれいにします。

ベンダー（鉄板を折り曲げる機械）も見せていただきました。
事故がないよう、金属にたわみが出ないよう、
２人で慎重に作業していらっしゃいます。
アルミのスポット溶接をする機械も。
※機械上部の煙突のようなものは大電流を発生させるためのコンデンサ！
慣れた手つきでアルミ同士を溶接。
大電流を流して溶接するそうです。
木村さん自ら見せてくださいました。
下の写真の赤い機械は、プレス機です。
なぜ空き缶がたくさんあるのか？
今は用途が少なくなって、缶つぶし機になってしまったそうです（泣）
※缶つぶし以外に使うことは年間３％程度とのこと…。
また、こうして鉄板を曲げたり、穴を開けたりということ以外にも、
「アルマイト加工」もしていらっしゃいます。
塗料で色をつけるのではなく、薬品に浸けて色をつける工法です。
ということはかろうじて知ってましたが、こんなにカラフルにできるんですね！！
（製作中のPi:coちゃんのアルミ部分、このゴールド色にしたい…）
普通の人は知らないもの、見たことないものにたくさん触れてきました！
（本当に触れると危ないですが）次回の工場見学は、もっと業界用語がわかるようになって臨みたいです！
However, Now I am so very interested in various things around robots and want to be familiar with it:)

There are tons of things I can’t figure out because I have no idea about everything.
Like,
“Why robots move?”
“How Robots are made??”
“Yeah, I do know this is a kind of a parts of robots, but…what is it…?”.
Then, fortunately, I had chance to visit a factory with my coworkers(who knows well about robots).
This was nice opportunity to see how a parts of robots are made and surely helps me to know about robots.
Here’s a report on my “Magical factory tour”!
The factory “Jonan Tsuushin ki” is located on where there is a lot of factories.
What was surprising to me is the staffs of the factory is much younger than i expected.
Almost all of the staff is aged 30-40.
Of course they also have the staff who is working for long, long time.
I felt that there is a fusion of innovation and tradition to meet the demands of their customer.
The factory has been only doing sheeting(like bending or punching steels )work for longtime as the usual sheeting factory does.
However, they started to design the products to look for the most ideal way for their customer.
Here’s the machine which bends a steels.
Why they’re working together is steels are very sensitive and the machine is very dangerous.
And this gigantic machine is called “Turret punch press”.
It can make some holes on steels In order to make steels into various forms.
They have so many molds for the machine.

This was a rare and fruitful experience for me.
We’re planning to visit various places related robots or our products.
And I will try to report it in not only Japanese but English.
