KRS-6104FHV ICS 6pcs set

　The KRS-6104FHV is a variation model based on the KRS-6003R2HV with improved ease of installation.
Newly installed mounting parts on all six sides of the case, so the bending of the frame to fix the servo can be reduced. In addition, the output shaft is a new I-cut type. Compared to the conventional serrated type, it is easier to create the receiving part and the user can create their own horn. The diameter of the shaft has been widened to ensure 1.8 times more durability than before.

Output shaft: I-cut type
　An I-cut output shaft, one of the features of the KRS-6104FHV, has been adopted. By increasing the diameter of the output shaft, the durability against rupture has been improved by about 1.8 times over the previous model.
The frame can be fixed in the same way as before by installing a special horn for the I-cut model.


Applicable option: Aluminum servo horn (I-cut type)

Gears: Special aluminum gears + stainless steel gears
　Special aluminum gears, which are extremely strong and lightweight, are standard equipment. In addition, the strength of the third gear has been increased by incorporating a stainless steel gear. The third gear is lightened by punching out the third gear. The KRS-6104FHV is equipped with high-torque gears, while the output shaft is supported by large bearings for added stability.

Case: KRS-6100 series
The frame attachment part is added.
A number of mounting points are provided to secure the frame from all sides of the case. In the past, it was often necessary to prepare a frame bent in a square shape depending on the mounting direction when mounting a frame on the side of the case.

M3 screws are used for each mounting part (M2.6 for fixing to the horn). M3 screws are used for the case flange mounting area. Select the screws taking into account the thickness of the frame to be fixed.
High strength aluminum case is adopted.
The top and middle of the case are made of aluminum, which reduces gear shaft wobbling and makes the case highly rigid and strong enough to withstand high power output. It also serves as a heat sink to dissipate heat from the motor. Strengthening the case screws.
The case screws have been changed from M2.6 to M3, which improves the rigidity of the case, frame and mounting strength.
Free horn can be installed.
The bottom case can be fitted with a pair of free horns on the output shaft.

Communication specifications: ICS3.6
For communication, ICS3.6 is used, which can be selected between serial and PWM.
ICS3.6 is the upward compatible specification of ICS3.5, which implements a command to get the current value of the content of 3.5. The current value can be read in the same way as the command to read stretch or speed, so it is useful when controlling the servo in a program.

The double servo system further increases the torque.
By flattening the bottom surface of the servo case, it is possible to align and fix the surfaces together without replacing the bottom. By making it a double, you can double the torque.
By using the "reverse" and "slave" functions of ICS3.6, control is easy. In the example below, the aluminum frame is fastened with M3 small head screws.
